Used Car Sales

  1. No Refunds on Final Sales: All used car sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
  2. Inspection and Test Drives: We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect and test drive any vehicle before completing the purchase. Our team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns during this process.
  3. Vehicle Condition Disclosure: We provide detailed information about the condition of each used car. If you have any questions regarding the vehicle’s history or condition, please ask us prior to purchase.

Car Rentals

  1. Reservation Cancellations:
    • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.
    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of $50.
    • No Refund: No refunds will be given for cancellations made on or after the scheduled pick-up date.
  2. Early Returns: If you return the rental car before the end of your rental period, no refund will be issued for the unused days.
  3. Vehicle Condition: Rental cars must be returned in the same condition as when rented. Any damages or excessive wear and tear may result in additional charges.

Refund Process

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
  2. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@newcarfun.com or call 718-783-3642. Include your reservation number or purchase details and a brief explanation of your request.
  3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
